Ivan Kilgore | Author, Founder UBFSF
For Ivan, writing and public speaking became a doorway, an instrument leading him to teach about systems of oppression and how they effected both the African American community and himself. Since discovering this ability, he has held numerous political development workshops in prison, organized a number of events for the public, lectures university students across the nation and has developed and implemented UBFSF programs.
