The Media & Marketing Internship Program at UBFSF is a groundbreaking opportunity for student volunteers to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies. This program emphasizes creating innovative media campaigns that amplify the voices and contributions of directly impacted incarcerated citizens in movements addressing mass incarceration, police brutality, housing discrimination, and more.
Program Objectives
Participants in this program will work to:
- Build awareness and strengthen the presence of our movement.
- Expand product and service distribution networks.
- Grow our customer and client base while increasing sales quotas.
- Maximize volunteer recruitment efforts.
- Enhance the exposure, promotion, and funding of organizational programs.
- Create and manage marketing budgets and apply for grant funding.
